Steven founded Shyft6 after two decades running workforce programs inside healthcare, diagnostics, and staffing companies. His thesis is simple: real workforce outcomes come from owning the full motion — sourcing, offer management, onboarding, retention, and the operating systems underneath them — not from handing any one piece to a vendor and hoping.
Michelle leads delivery across Shyft6 engagements — translating program commitments into operating cadence, SLA discipline, and the day-to-day execution that keeps clients referenceable. She owns the seams between sourcing, onboarding, and in-program retention so nothing drops between functions.
