Our goal is to provide you with a clear understanding of what to expect when you apply to one of our open positions. We want to make sure you’re set up for success and know where you stand in the process.
HealthTrackRx is the Nation’s Leading PCR Laboratory, providing high quality testing for over 20 years. We provide proprietary solutions to AMR, including our patient-specific Antibiogram, which removes guesswork by detecting antibiotic resistance genes, and helps patients receive an antibiotic that works – the first time.
We offer several different positions within the lab, each requiring different sets of skills. Those that require some medical experience tend to be on the higher end, while more entry-level positions are on the lower. Most applicants with no medical experience at all can expect to make between $11.50 and $15 per hour.
Absolutely! We offer several positions that do not require any previous healthcare or laboratory experience. HealthTrackRX is the perfect way to get introduced into the field, and we often promote from within.
Most positions within the lab are full-time (38-40 hours). In some cases, we do have overtime available. There are some part-time positions offered as well, mostly on Saturday and Sunday’s.
HealthTrackRX (AIT Laboratories) is located in Denton, TX.
All laboratory assistants at this time are hired on a contract basis. On contract, your position could last anywhere from several weeks to several years, or even turn into a full-time hire. This is primarily dependent on the amount of volume the lab receives.
Today, Shyft6 not only provides all staffing solutions for the laboratory at HealthTrackRX, but also serves as a partner for the company. We provide you with extra support and manage all process related to you outside of the lab – seamlessly.
With over 4,000,000 samples processed and a turn around time within 24 hours of sample receipt, our technological advances in PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) testing reshape patient care by mobilizing faster clinical decisions and helping providers treat patients quickly and accurately.
